Spanish Club Starting This Month
Wednesday, October 18, 2017 - 15:35
John Paul II is excited to announce that our Spanish Club has starting up again. The Spanish Club is an organization focused on exposing students to the Spanish language and celebrating Spanish and Latin American culture.
Club activities including leading school celebrations for culture holidays like La Dia de los Muertos (the day of the dead), guest speakers, service work and fundraising events for the third world countries, eating out at Hispanic restaurants, and even putting on presentations for visitors and school events.
The Spanish Club will have a signup sheet in the hallway, with a space for members and those wishing to run for officer positions. The club's entry due is $10, and you do not need to speak Spanish to join. Anyone interested in joining or looking for more information, contact the club's president, Aaron Van Dyck. ¡Esperamos verte alli!
